Known for his daring dominance in his professional pursuit in early 1980's, he carved a niche for the young company secretary professionals against strong headwinds. His foray into banking industry is still fondly remembered by many a senior bankers. Defying the drag one often encounters being on the wrong side of 60's, he exhibits a child-like enthusiasm in taking up new assignments or to spot new opportunities. He loves to dig deeper into a question of law and come out with intriguing perspectives. It's amazing that his passion for corporate laws is not only deep and genuine but it has the infectious charm to inspire others to pursue this profession.
Mr. S. Rajendran believes in sowing the seeds and providing the right ambience for growth. Having served several corporates during his professional career in financial management and corporate affairs, he brings into CGRF the corporate culture and a structured approach. Corporate Governance and Role of Women in shaping the corporate governance policies are his pet subjects.
The challenges faced during the long span of their distinctly different careers and the satisfaction of having done a bit to make things better for the next generations have brought the founders together to find ways of giving back to the profession and the stakeholders.
