CREATE & GROW Research Foundation is a Not-for-Profit organisation established as a Section 8 Company under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013. The founders of CGRF, viz., Mr. S. Srinivasan and Mr. S. Rajendran have been in the forefront of Corporate Law, Compliance and Advisory Services for long.

They realised that there is a compelling need to establish a great platform to encourage research, impart advanced training and disseminate knowledge and provide advisory services to all the stakeholders in the realm of the expansive corporate laws including IBC.
